How your link works

• Your referral link takes the form wyldnotes.com/?ref=YourName. Anyone who enters the shop through it is attributed to you for 30 days, even if the order comes later. If that person orders through another affiliate's link within that time, your attribution ends.

• Deep links: add ?ref=YourName to any product page, for example wyldnotes.com/products/white-lie?ref=YourName. The product pages stay the same after the European launch; visitors from Europe automatically see the 30 ml size there.

• Your discount code gives 10% off a customer's first order. You can rename it in the back office so it is easy to remember. The code is not a condition for commission, the link is what counts; but the code makes it easier for people to name you.

What you earn

• 25% commission on every order through your link, calculated on the product price paid in US dollars after discount codes. Shipping and taxes do not count.

• Repeat orders count too: as long as the attribution stands, you earn on every order, not just the first.

• Paid weekly on Wednesdays, in US dollars via PayPal, once at least 25 dollars have accrued. Wyld Notes covers the PayPal fees; your bank’s currency-conversion fees are yours. Alternatively: monthly together with your Young Living payout. You choose in the affiliate portal under Payments.

• Your own orders, and orders for family, friends or acquaintances placed through your link, earn no commission. Instead, the programme description mentions a 25% personal discount at checkout.

• Tax: you are responsible for declaring it in your own country. Commission is income.

• Discovery Sets: 25% commission and 100% volume, but no Young Living commission; the 30% through the compensation plan applies to full-size bottles only. According to the FAQ, Wyld Notes currently offers no sample set for international markets.

• No minimum purchase: you earn the 25% commission even if you never order yourself. You do not need a Young Living account to be an affiliate; if you have both, you also receive the Young Living volume.

What flows into your Young Living business

• According to the programme description, every order through your link counts 100% as volume (OGV) in your Young Living business, and 30% of that is paid out through the compensation plan.

• The customer is placed as a node on your frontline. That is the point where, for many leaders, “I don't like affiliate” turned into “I need this”: a perfume brings volume like a starter kit, without anyone having to explain oils.

• Wyld Notes describes the purpose in its own words: reach new people with no prior knowledge who are not ready for oils yet, and open the door to a conversation about Young Living later. In the US, according to the maker, many inactive Brand Partners got back in touch this way.

• Who orders through your link decides what you get. A customer without a Young Living account or an inactive member: 25% commission to you, 100% of the volume into your Wyld Notes node on Level 1. An active Young Living customer: 25% commission to you, the volume goes to the Level 1 node of her own Young Living account, that is, into the organisation she belongs to. An active Brand Partner or anyone with their own Wyld Notes affiliate account: no commission; they automatically get 25% off, the volume goes to their own node.

• No link, no commission: a Young Living member without an affiliate account gets the volume in their own node; someone who is not with Young Living generates neither commission nor volume.

• Your Wyld Notes node stays fixed on Level 1. If you later enrol a Wyld Notes customer in Young Living, you can place her account anywhere; her future Wyld Notes purchases then count in her own Level 1 node. It does not happen by itself: your Wyld Notes customers do not automatically become part of your Young Living organisation.

• If your customer becomes an affiliate herself, your commission on her purchases ends because she receives the affiliate discount. If she has a Young Living account, her volume counts there from then on, in her Level 1 node.

• The German deck does the maths: the Wyld Notes node counts as a qualifying leg, Level 1 earns 8%, Level 2 earns 5%; the Executive example reaches 4,000 OGV, 1,000 of it from the Wyld Notes node.

What is prohibited

• Paid advertising is prohibited entirely: no Google ads, no Meta ads, no boosting posts, no bidding on search terms. In the agreement's words: Pay-Per-Click advertising is strictly prohibited.

• No voucher-code sites, no “reveal code” mechanism, no reward for using your link.

• No Wyld Notes in your profile name, your URL or your handle; a clear line between you as an affiliate and the company's own accounts. The same rules apply as at Young Living. Allowed: calling yourself an independent affiliate in the Wyld Notes Affiliate Program and using the official logos.

• You must identify yourself as an affiliate and must not present your relationship with Wyld Notes as bigger than it is. No press releases or public statements about the agreement.

• The brand licence is limited and can be revoked at any time. Anyone who breaks the rules risks the account and the commissions.

Does traffic from Google count?

• The agreement excludes orders where a link to the Wyld Notes shop appeared directly in search results, for instance through submitted data or a redirect page with no click by the person themselves. A content website of your own that people find on Google, and on which they then click your link, is something else by the wording of the agreement. Written confirmation from Wyld Notes on this is still outstanding.

Timeline for the European launch

• Ordering opens for everyone on the morning of 19 September 2026 (time zone not stated in the webinar, presumably Utah). Attendees of the convention in Budapest can try the scents there and get their own ordering event on site.

How to become an affiliate

• Young Living Brand Partners fill in the request form at wyldnotes.com/pages/wyld-notes-affiliate-request-form, using the same email as with Young Living. Reply within 24 to 48 business hours according to the deck, within three business days according to the FAQ. Then set your password via “Forgot your password”, log in, share link and code.

Prices and shipping in Europe, according to the German affiliate deck

• The 30 ml bottle costs 77 € per scent in Europe, according to the German affiliate deck. Only the shop from 19 September is binding; only there are VAT and unit price shown correctly. In conversation: “According to Wyld Notes 77 € for 30 ml, you will see the current price in the shop.” In posts you do not mention prices.

• Shipping 9.99 €. Duties and VAT are calculated at checkout and thereby paid, nothing is added at the door. Shipped from Spanish Fork, Utah. The deck gives no delivery time; returns: see Guardrails, in the EU the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Open questions for Wyld Notes

Wyld Notes had not answered these points by 3 September 2026. Until then: do not guess, ask.

• VAT shown and unit price per 100 ml in the shop (mandatory in Germany); the deck only names 77 € per 30 ml.

• Delivery time to Europe and returns under EU law (14-day withdrawal); the FAQ names 5 days under the US rule.

• Buyer data: the back office shows customers’ names and emails. On what basis may EU affiliates contact these people? Is there a consent in the shop?

• Discovery Set and His & Hers for Europe: according to the FAQ currently no sample sets for international markets. When will they and the three further scents follow?

• Does the Wyld Rewards points programme (1 point per dollar, 10 dollars per 200 points) also apply to customers in Europe?

• Confirmation that a content website which visitors find via Google counts as a regular affiliate source.
