It is run by Wienen Media, itself an independent affiliate in that programme. It is not operated, reviewed or endorsed by Wyld Notes. Wyld Notes is a brand of Young Living. Purchases, delivery, returns and any warranty are handled by Wyld Notes alone.

The product links on this website carry the referral identifier that an affiliate has entered in their own browser; without an entry, they carry the identifier of Wienen Media. Anyone who buys at Wyld Notes through such a link pays the same price; the commission goes to the person whose identifier the link carries. Such links are marked as advertising.

What happens when you visit

When you open this website, our server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, your browser and your operating system. A website cannot be delivered without this. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP address is shortened before it is written to the access log, so it can no longer be linked to a person; the logs are continuously overwritten. The server is hosted by HOSTINGER operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania, which acts as our processor under our instructions (Article 28 GDPR).

No cookies, no analytics, no third parties

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts, scripts and images are delivered from our own server.

Your entries stay in your browser

When you enter your first name, your referral link and your discount code at the top of the page, your browser stores them locally so that the texts and product links can use them. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else; they only leave your device when you copy or share a text yourself. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the function you asked for. To delete the entries, clear the fields and save, or clear your browser storage for this website.

The QR code on the business card is also generated in your browser; no external service is involved. If you add the site to your phone’s home screen, the browser keeps a copy of the pages for offline reading; that copy also stays on your device.

Sharing via WhatsApp or email

The “WhatsApp” and “Mail” buttons open the respective app on your device with the prepared text. What happens after that is governed by the privacy policy of that service. We do not learn whether or with whom you shared anything.

The Scent Finder for customers

The shareable link to the scent quiz carries the affiliate’s referral identifier and discount code so that the result shows the right link. The quiz answers are evaluated in the browser only and are neither stored nor transmitted anywhere.

Links to Wyld Notes

This website links to the Wyld Notes shop. Those links carry an identifier that tells Wyld Notes who referred a visitor. The corresponding cookie is set in the Wyld Notes shop, not on this website, and is governed by their privacy policy. It does not tell us who you are.
